Dr. Scott Larson is president and co-founder of Straight Ahead Ministries, an international organization reaching juvenile offenders in more than 450 juvenile detention centers across 15 states; offering programs and support in five countries around the globe; and providing a myriad of aftercare programs for youth in transition. Scott has authored or co-authored ten books: two for parents of at-risk teens, four for youth workers, one for social workers and teachers, and three for teens. He has traveled extensively as a speaker to youth, parents, teachers, social workers, and youth workers since 1983. His doctoral dissertation was on the spiritual development of at-risk youth.
